GEN JOHN O CONNOR .. NO US ARMY GENERAL IS ON FB LIKE THIS

GEN JOHN O CONNOR

https://www.facebook.com/genjohn.oconner.3

Commanding General, United States Army Europe at U.S. Army Lt.Gen
Lives in Arlington, Virginia
From Tampa, Florida
*
VERY NEW PROFILE FOR SCAMMING
Maj. Gen. Jack O'Connor is in the picture.. YOU ARE NOT TALKING TO HIM HERE.

NO U.S. Army GENERAL HAS A FACEBOOK PAGE LIKE THIS.

NO U.S. ARMY GENERAL NEEDS A FACEBOOK PAGE LIKE THIS. HAS TIME FOR ONE OR IS CONTACTING
PEOPLE FOR LOVE AND MONEY FROM FACEBOOK.

IF ANY U.S. ARMY GENERAL WANTS A SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILE IT WILL HAVE A 'VERIFIED' BY FACEBOOK BLUE CIRCLE WITH TICK IN IT.
IF IT DOESN'T HAVE THAT.. IT ISN'T GENUINE.

Also got a invite from John O'Connor and beeing chatting with him for a week and today he asked me to help with getting money and have to contact info@sankoex.com just there and then I realist this man is not real. And asked by daughter to help and we google and came across scammers I have his number +1 251 277 4738 he deleted his profile on facebook and we chatted on whatsapp that's how we got his number. What must i do now next? he only have my cell number no other info

same picture used on POF stating he is Paul Taylor in Afghanistan as a field nurse. Has an 11 year old son living with his best friend in Africa. he calls Tampa, Fl as home

I hate to admit it...but they had me too! He was portraying himself as General Christopher R. O'Connor stationed in Afghanistan. He said he had a 15 year old son, Dave, who is in a boarding school in the UK. He did not want to continue the conversation on Facebook and asked if we could chat on "Hangouts" (I was not familiar with "Hangouts")I was lured in because of my love for our military! My Grandfather and father, both retired from the Navy and my son-in-law was a Marine. Then add in the fact that General O'Connor is a very handsome man...but luckily I am not a trusting soul! I asked him to send me a picture of his driver's license and he immediately sent back a picture of a passport...had a date of birth...but no year! I do not have a passport so I researched them and determined what he sent me was a fake! I then asked him to send me a current picture of him holding up his passport (so I could see both in the picture) and have not heard back from him!!!

Newest scam from Gideon Oconnor Paris on Facebook, almost had me as the real General John Oconnor is so easy on the eyes. It took me alot of time and research to figure it for what it is. Best advice...block these idiots and look for love somewhere besides the internet

I received an email with pictures of this same person. Not this exact picture, but three different photos of this person claiming to be Sgt. Michael O'Connor.

I had the same issue with a man pretending to be Oliver connor ...using he pictures of the General. When he required to talk on hangouts I realised something is happening....There his name is Oliver conner not Connor so....I ve asked what is going on.His answer was that because of the security he has to change some things and that he is in Syria a capitain in the US army. When he was doing a mistake regarding his pretended son...I confronted him....he was angry then he apologies hat because of his name and his situation could never have a good woman on his side ...so...his name is Nathaniel. ..and he is from Ghana. ...So...be carefull!

    1. 1. There are no High Ranking Officers making profiles and contacting women. They don't need to and they don't have time. !!

      2. Where the US Army is in Syria, the internet capability was knocked out by Assad. They do not have means of communicating on FB/Hangouts etc from there. !!!

      Thank you for the information.

NO US OFFICER IS TALKING TO STRANGERS ONLINE.
Not one of the them is allowed to contact a woman and tell her where he is deployed.. which is common sense.. it would put their family back home in danger... she could be anyone.

  6. A person trying pass himself off as 'Henderson Darren Lucas O'Connor' contacted me on 5/9/2017. He had several pictures of the real Major General John O'Connor on his profile. Said he was in Syria and then central Africa. He got very belligerent when I told him I was onto him. The first time I informed Fb, they said nothing. I did my own research......gees.....Just be careful

  8. Hi guys, so....I had the same issue a few days ago....I am romanian but I am living in UK from 2013 so...my facebook profile is private...A few days ago a man with the picture of the General, was sending me a request on facebook....I accepted and, after a few phrases....he was asking me if we can go on hangouts because of the security of the facebook page...He ...supposed to be a capitain in us army, his name, oliver conner. His wife died 3 years ago...he has a son...Michael...15 year old....and...his son is with his teacher in US.He is in mission in Syria so...I asked him where....My ex was a soldier in mission...Irak and Syria so...I know a lot of stuffs from there....he tried to not answer of some of the questions...so...I ve asked him..what he wants...and how he just me a request because my privacy...on facebook can not allow requests....He said that he has found me by mistakes but....I seemto be very kind and beautifull so...Allright...I didnt believe him so..I ve asked for a picture in uniform...but before that...when we went on hangouts...I could realised that the name from there is different from the name in facebook...so...I ve asked him why is that....his answer...because of the security reasons....The next clue...I ve asked him where exactly he has the camp....he didnt answer...he is not allowed to answer because...of course..security...and I ve tried to found out more about his son...so Michael....is 15 ...he is with his teacher( a man)...on the next day....he is with his teacher...and it is a her..so....I ve confronted him...I ve said him that I know from my ex that the soldier are not allowed to use the internet...they do not have such thing because..exactly...security reasons...and they have special phones with special numbers....so...what is happening and why he is pretending to be someone else....He was so angry....he was trying to convine e that he is the one from the pictures then I said in my mind...than I can play the same game...so...I played....and I ve told him that I am really inlove with him but I need to trust him and he has to tell me the thruth....so...he told me....he even open the camera for me....and...He is Nathaniel from Ghana, 29 years old....he is a scammer but he does love me....and that is why he was learning a lot from this experience and he wants to tell me the truth..so....I have his picture...I ve tried to put it here but...it is not working!Ladies....be carefull....not everyone is looking for true love...!!!

    1. They don't allow you to put pictures here... scamchatfightback@gmail.com or on the FB page there is a Message button.. you can contact and send through there.

The 'I'll tell you the truth' thing is common.. they lose the scam and they don't want to lose the 'client'. (Their word for the woman).

Oh and there is no internet in Syria where the US Army is. Not for Hangouts not for anything. Apparently Assad knocked it all out... so when they say Syria.. it's a miracle !!

They also learn a lot from the slightest thing.. so be careful and better still, block him. Nathaniel seems to be a very busy boy. I would love his picture.

  14. my grandmother was talking to him a few days ago, and the same was identified by Tiger O'Connor. I live far from my grandmother, and she told me that he is in her city and that they have met, I am worried because I do not know anything about this man, I do not know if he is reliable, mainly because of so many reports here, but what I do not understand is the fact that he went to her here in Brazil, is it really him? the true general? he is a good person I'm really in doubt and worried about my grandmother !!!

    1. How can I say this and I mean it will respect. Your Grandmother is lying to you.
It is not uncommon. She wants him to be real, she doesn't want her granddaughter telling her what to do.
The real man in these pictures isn't contacting women. He is NOT in Brazil at the moment. His wife would have something to say.

Many times I am told he is real and they have met. It is not true !!

You have some work in front of you because she is being scammer and she doesn't want it to stop. However, wanting him to be true wont' make him real.

  17. I am confused, I was informed the picture was of GENERAL JOHN OCONNER, WHO IS GENERAL JACK OCONNER, HOW CAN THEY HAVE THE SAME PICTURE. THE PICTURE I HAVE IS NOT THAT PICTURE, AND THERE IS ANOTHER SITE, THAT HAS MANY PICTURES ON IT, SAYING IT IS OF GENERAL JOHN OCONNER. I AM CONFUSED, WITH YOU SAY IT GENERAL JACK OCONNER, WHICH IS IT, IS IT JOHN OCONNER OR JACK OCONNER, THEY BOTH CANNOT HAVE THE SAME PICTURE. SO THIS IS CONFUSING. I JUST WANT THE CORRECT INFORMATION. BECAUSE I NEED TO KNOW THE TRUTH. IT SAD THAT PEOPLE USE GOOD PEOPLE NAMES, IT MAKES IT BAD FOR THE ARMY, BUT I GET INVITES EVERY DAY FROM PEOPLE IN THE ARMY ON FACE BOOK, THEY NEVER HAVE MUCH INFORMATION, AND MAY ONLY HAVE ONE FRIEND, I DO NOT EXCEPT ANY OF THEM, BUT I WILL SAY, I had a scammer who was using me, he wanted money for his kids schooling, he said he didn't have the money to keep them in schooled because he wasn't being paid, he wanted me to sell my things, not pay my bills and send the money to the kids person who was looking out for them, I forced this person to admit he was after nothing but my money, he had plenty of plans for us, but I did not fall for his lies, I didn't except him as a friend on face book, he just showed up on my messager one day as a friend, that I was suppose to have as a friend, he said all the right things, and when he started wanting money, I would not send money.
No one has said if these people are after money. They just saying they contacted them and there are many different names, I will admit I very confused, because there another site, that connected with this site some how, they had the persons name who was using GENERAL JOHN OCONNER picture, not his name, the person who I reponded to and told me I was being scam, was very rude to me, she told me I was being scam, I went back several times to find out more information, I told my story, I have more than one scammer, one on face book one not on face book, I am very confused about all of this, especially when all the sudden GENERAL JOHN OCONNER AND GENERAL JACK OCONNER HAVE THE SAME PICTURE. SO WHO IS HE, WHICH ONE IS BEING SCAM. I NEED TO KNOW.

    1. Brig. Gen. John ("Jack") R. O'Connor ... so both are right.

He isn't on any social media contacting anyone. If you think you are talking to the man in the pictures you are being scammed.

Why would you even start to talk to a stranger you have no idea who it is?? Why would you accept 'love you' from a man you have never met and then send money, listen to someone nag at you not to pay bills and send your money... IT IS AN OBVIOUS SCAM.

Stop speaking to them... John is often given the name Jack. It's very common.
However NO ONE FROM THE MILITARY IS ONLINE CONTACTING WOMEN.
      NO ONE.

If someone claims to be military you are being scammed and does it take me to say NEVER SEND MONEY TO SOMEONE YOU HAVE NEVER MET IN PERSON.

AFRICAN SCAMMERS are everywhere and will bleed you dry.

NEVER ACCEPT A MESSENGER OR FRIEND REQUEST FROM A STRANGER.

  18. To answer you question, I do not just talk to anyone on line, sometimes they find a way into your life, but does that mean you believe everything they are telling you, I know of other sites, and I know what I am doing to take the steps to protect myself, and to protect others. Because as above, I see I am not the only one this has been done to. And it not just one man, there are two men, do you think I going to sell my things and not pay my bills, and send money to someone I do not know, there is no way I would do that, that is not me, I not saying I didn't fall for what they have said to me, that I was in the wrong, that I got caught up into something I did't know was real, To let you know I was sent this page, by one of those people, I knew of other sites, but not this one, but I know it now, and I read what you said, it not over, don't judge me, you don't know me, you don't know what I am doing, JUst because I asked about the General Names, because that was making me think they were to different men, Today the first time I heard General Jack Oconner name, nowhere have I seen it, I have been to the army page, and I am doing what they said to do, you need to not judge people. You don't know what they have been through and are going through, Because I can tell you this, yes I got caught up in something I thought could be real, But my husband died in JUly and my mother in Sept, I was at a low point in my life, I had to move from where I was living, because I was being used by my husband family. What the difference, other than these are men in Africa pretending to be offices, heck everyday, there are many men who are in the army wanting to become my friend, do I except them as a friend no I do not, and the two men I am talking about, came into my life two different ways, I will let you know there are hackers on Face Book who have ruin or tried to ruin my name, I don't know who they are, but they using my friends to get to me, SO don't judge me. Because lately there are many people who have been added to my face book page, that I did not invite them. I don't know how they got there, all the sudden they showing up as friends, so there hackers and scams out there hurting people., And I am very aware of what they are doing. And I doing the proper thing I have to do, but we all have to do them in a different way some times.

Thought that strange right away and such individuals are not active on social media platforms. I then Googled James O'Connor and found pictures of Major-General "JOHN O'CONNOR". 28. I received a friend request from a "Joel O'Connor" claiming to be a General in the Army in Syria. We corresponded until recently as he was asking for cards (gaming cards) to be sent to him. He asked for them several times. Just recently he blocked me so we couldn't talk anymore. So I looked him up and found out his name is John Jack O'Connor and admitted he was also "Joel O'Connor". I saw the picture of him with his parents and it is the same person. I contacted him to see if it was him and he said yes and that he is in Syria. He also says he has a 15 year old son. He wanted me to get him cards and got mad when I told him I couldn't. This is terrible that people go to this extreme to get money. This isn't the first time for me. It seems when I accept a friend request, it doesn't take long for me to be asked to send money or cards. I did the same research as Unknown 26 June 2019. This isn't right.
